It’s so nice to meet you, I’m Kelsey!

I’m a Women’s Health Physical Therapist turned Coach and I’ve created my dream career by combining my passions in life. Through this process, if there’s one thing I know for sure - it’s that women deserve better when it comes to pelvic health and wellness. I’m living my best life creating a healthcare system with transformational tools instead of band-aide quick fixes.

I won’t just tell you to “do your kegels” or that leaking, pain, or feeling disconnected from your body is just a part of motherhood (common does not mean normal). Or to simply exercise more, stress less, get 8 hours of sleep, eat more protein, etc.. although great advice, I will also guide you through small, sustainable changes that support your lifestyle as an individual, with accountability and celebrating your wins!

After years of working in a broken system, I saw firsthand how women weren’t getting optimal results until we started looking at optimizing systems, not just chasing symptoms. To also consider you as a whole, not just a part. Through education, exercise, and mindset shifts, I help women stop feeling frustrated, discouraged, or embarrassed and start feeling empowered in their bodies again!

Background:

Growing up around farming and playing sports, I didn’t have an injury or specific experience that led me to this career path initially. I knew I wanted to improve people’s quality of life and joined my twin sister to follow a career path in Physical Therapy at Iowa State University. I earned my Doctorate at Des Moines University.

I gained an interest in school and thought to myself, “If I had these issues, I would want to know there is somewhere I could go for help.” This thought gained more experience after having my two girls with very different experiences/recoveries. I have furthered my education by specializing in Women’s Health to treat pelvic floor dysfunctions.
